This package is suitable for people who are looking to freshen up just one or maybe two rooms in the house. Include furniture and accessories rental.
Entire property
The price depends on the size of the house and the amount of furniture and accessories required. We can discuss if any preliminary jobs need to be done before the staging itself. This includes painting or repairs, decluttering etc., or anything else - in your budget - that will help you get a better price for your property.
Staging consultation
This package is suitable for people who want to do the job themselves, but just need a little advice about what to do to achieve a more sellable property. This package does not include any furniture or accessory rental.
Design
Our true reflection
Design is a reflection of your soul, what is important to you in life and what isn't. Just like fashion design, we are leaving messages to the world about who we are. When people enter your home, they already know lots of things about you, even without telling them one word. Your home will "talk" about you on your behalf. If you know what your message is but you need help to find the right "words", I will be able to assist you with this special story telling that we call "Design."
Services
The first two hour consultation is free. This is the stage where we discuss your needs, what you would like to achieve, establish your preferred design style and answer any questions you may have during this time frame.
